Juniors wrap up warm to learn about road safety

If you are reading this blog because you have seen a flyer or poster advertising our Open Morning on March 10th, welcome. I hope what you read will kindle your interest and we will see you on Saturday 10th March. If you can’t make it you can book an appointment to look around the school by phoning the school office on 01279  871182.

It’s been another busy half term with a mix of activities ranging from pizza production to visiting Gainsborough House in Sudbury. The GCSE Art group visited Tate modern; the school was opened to local people for a coffee morning in aid of the Meninadança charity; Year 7 performed their play, Chaga, about chocolate and child slavery and the juniors charmed the members of “Crowning Years” at the Charis Centre with a performance of “Out of The Blue”. The juniors also had a morning learning about road safety and how to be safe near parked cars.

In just six weeks I think we can safely say the children have enjoyed a wealth of experiences which will inform and inspire their class work.
